If you do not agree with these Terms, do not place an order or use the services. Any separate written conditions confirmed before an order will apply to that order in addition to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. If you order for a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to act on their behalf and to bind them to these Terms.

Each reseller is independently responsible for:
- their customer relationships, retail prices and promises;
- keeping accurate records of activations and renewals;

- protecting customer information and panel credentials;
- handling applicable taxes, registrations and business duties;
- respecting intellectual-property and consumer-protection laws; and
- ensuring any content or service distributed is properly authorized.
A reseller is not our employee, agent, partner or legal representative and may not make commitments on our behalf.
Acceptable and prohibited use
You must not use the website, panel or services to:
- violate any law or third-party right;
- distribute content or access you are not authorized to provide;
- share, resell or transfer credentials outside permitted use;

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lion Panel IPTV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, customer relationships, data or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability connected with a specific order will not exceed the amount paid to us for that order.
This section does not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes, severability and applicable law
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, security or operational changes. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If one provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
